Local Business Demand is operated by Jeff Schiller. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the site or contact us.
Information you provide
When you send a request, we collect your name, your chosen contact details, your preferred reply method, and anything you choose to tell us about your business. Optional fields may include your business name, location, website, and topics you want to discuss. If you contact us by phone, text, or email, we receive the information you share in that conversation.
How we use it
We use this information to review your inquiry, respond, discuss possible services, prepare a proposal if appropriate, and keep a record of our conversation. If you choose to receive an email copy of your request, we use your email address to send it. Choosing Text on the form allows text messages as we discuss your business. You may reply STOP to opt out of texts. We do not treat a request for a reply as permission to send unrelated promotional campaigns.
Where information goes
Form submissions are stored in the site’s inquiry database, with access restricted to the site owner. The website and database are hosted through Hostinger and its infrastructure providers. Email, when configured, is handled through Hostinger. These providers process information to operate the site and deliver messages. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell the contact information you submit through this form.
Site activity and future analytics
Hosting providers may process technical information needed to deliver the site and maintain security, such as browser details and network information. To limit abuse, we temporarily use network addresses and email copy destinations to count repeated requests. Those counters store keyed hashes, not the original addresses. When enabled, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits, call and text link clicks, and successful form submissions after you choose Allow analytics. Google may use cookies and process technical data to provide those measurements. We do not send your form entries, name, phone number, or email address to Google Analytics. You can change your choice here at any time. Advertising tools are not currently active. If they are added, this policy will be updated before they are used.
Retention and security
We keep inquiries and related correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations, then delete them when no longer needed. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive information through the form.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you sent, subject to any records we need to retain. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. For text messages, reply STOP. To make another privacy request, contact Jeff using the details below.
